Week 1


BEing ME

 

Are you ready to feel more grounded, present and alive? Let's get started... We begin with asking, "What's it like to BE ME?" That's a big, confusing, sometimes scary question, often with different answers depending on the day, time, or environment... BE ME stands for BODY, EMOTIONAL, MENTAL, and ESSENCE realms of our being. The BE ME framework offers a simple, yet clear and compassionate understanding of the nervous system as the foundation of our feelings, sensations, behaviors and experiences. 

Week 2


FOUNDATIONAL ALIGNMENT: PHYSICAL PRACTICE

 

Tired of trying to change your mind with your mind? The body is more than a brain taxi; it’s actually where most of the nervous system lives. That's why learning how to physically embody Authentic Alignment is soooo powerful, and much more than "good posture". We are talking big picture ALIGNMENT of the gut heart and head. This connection with your body will be your home base, and the foundation of Becoming Bodywise.

 

Week 3


THE BODY LANGUAGE OF ALIGNMENT and INTEGRATING THE UNIVERSAL IMPERATIVES

 

Ready to re-write your story, re-wire your nervous system, and shift your mindset? Bringing Body Language to foundational, Authentic Alignment gives implicit meaning to how you hold, and move your body. 
Embodying your connection as a human being to the universal imperatives of Safety, Love, Connection, Truth, Integrity, Wholeness, Rightness, BEingness, BElonging, Worthiness, and Freedom helps you feel empowered  to "BE ME".

 

Week 4


THRIVE vs SURVIVE  part 1

Are you craving feeling more calm, connected, alive, and present? Now that you have embodied your foundational alignment home base, you'll add intentional physical practices scientifically proven to help down-shift the nervous system toward a parasympathetic state. This means you get to do more  LIVING, BEING and THRIVING vs going doing, surviving and hiding. Exploring 3 simple somatic practices each week, using your body to shift your mindset, we will build your YOUnique Nervous System Resiliency micro-practice you will easily integrate into your day.

 

Week 5


THRIVE vs SURVIVE  part 2

 

Notice yourself feeling less triggered, and more compassionate toward yourself and others as you continue building your YOUnique Nervous System Resiliency Micro-Practice. This week we explore 3 new somatic practices; using your body to down-shift the nervous system toward LIVINGBEING and THRIVING vs going doing, surviving and hiding.

Week 6


THRIVE vs SURVIVE  part 3

 

As you BEcoME Bodywise and integrated in the whole of your BEing, you draw all your energy to the present moment so you are “in the zone”, “on your game”, and “feeling flow state”.

By the end of this week you have 9 simple, yet powerful embodied practices, tapping your body's wisdom to down-shift to LIVINGBEING and THRIVING vs going doing, surviving and hiding. You'll feel which ones you're naturally drawn to, and intuitively integrate them into your daily BE ME Micro-Practice.  

 

Week 7


BREAKING BARRIERS part 1
HEART AND HIP OPENING

 

This week we begin the process of breaking through chronic holding patterns related to physical and mental/emotional trauma that get lodged in the body. Over the next 3 weeks you will learn simple “go to” exercises to open, balance, and strengthen the body, helping you move past pain and restriction, so you can embody the fullness of who you are. This week we focus on opening the chest, thoracic cage, and hips. It is critical to unwind chronic embodied holding patterns related to trauma responses, and self protection, as well as reversing forward postural habits. 

 

Week 8


BREAKING BARRIERS part 2
BALANCING THE BACK BODY

 

Want to feel strong, safe, and confident? This week we build on the heart and hip opening, adding back body strengthening. These 3 foundational exercises literally make you feel balanced and supported so you embody "having your own back". Strengthening the back body counters the forward posture and chronic restrictions related to embodied holding patterns of trauma responses, and self protection as well as forward postural patterning of sitting, computers, driving, cooking etc.

BREAKING BARRIERS part 3 
CORE CONNECTION

 

Are you ready to feel strong, stable, embodied, and connected to the core of who you are?! Yes Please! Core strength is about sooo much more than tight abs. Consider this Core Work for Your Soul. This week you'll earn 3 simple, yet powerfully effective exercises to integrate baseline functional core activation into your daily life.

Week 10


EMBODIED INQUIRY part 1

Tired of perseverating, spinning thoughts, or anxiety about what to do next? Get out of your head and tap the power of your body's wisdom. Listen with the whole of your being; gut, heart, and head on the same page.

This week you'll gain awareness of your feelings, and needs around BOUNDARIES, SELF-LOVEFORWARD MOMENTUM. You'll feel empowered to trust your gut, follow your heart, and speak your truth in every moment, and in any situation, to BE, LIVE and THRIVE in Authentic Alignment. 

 

 

Week 11


EMBODIED INQUIRY part 2

Tired of perseverating, spinning thoughts, or anxiety about what to do next? Get out of your head and tap the power of your body's wisdom. Listen with the whole of your being; gut, heart, and head on the same team. This week is about becoming aware of, and understand your feelings, and needs around LETTING GO, GIVING, and RECEIVING. You'll feel empowered to trust your gut, follow your heart, and speak your truth in every moment, and in any situation so you can BE, LIVE and THRIVE in Authentic Alignment. 

 

 

Week 12


EMBODIED INQUIRY part 3 

Tired of perseverating, spinning thoughts, or anxiety about what to do next? Get out of your head and tap the power of your body's wisdom. Listen with the whole of your being; gut, heart, and head on the same team. This week is about becoming aware of, and understand your feelings, and needs around OWNING YOUR SPACEFEELING "YES", and WALKING AWAY. You'll feel empowered to trust your gut, follow your heart, and speak your truth in every moment, and in any situation so you can BE, LIVE and THRIVE in Authentic Alignment.
