You will learn to use centering techniques, and embodied inquiry to get out of your head, and tap into your body's wisdom, helping you be present in the moment, trust your gut, and make moment to moment choices that feel authentic.
You'll notice positive shifts in your mood, improved sleep, and an overall sense of well being.
Become Bodywise coaching/consulting integrates embodied inquiry, physical therapy, somatic psychology, nervous system resiliency, and trauma release exercise to help you come into alignment body, mind, and soul.
This work can help anyone, whether you’re looking to be a more effective and connected leader, feel more empowered in your own journey, make deeper connections, or learn skills to overcome anxiety / depression, and let go of held trauma in the body.
